On the first burn, allow the melt pool to reach the edges of the jar (around 2–4 hours, longer for larger vessels).
Burn for no longer than 4 hours at a time to preserve the wax and fragrance.
Trim the wick to about 5 mm before each burn to help prevent smoking and tunnelling.
Always place the candle on a stable, heat‑resistant surface.
Discontinue use when roughly 10 mm of wax remains in the base of the jar.
